Rachel Shapiro, J.D. Divorce Mediation Specialist

Ms. Shapiro received her Jurist Doctor, in 2000 from of SNESL aka UMass School of Law Dartmouth, Massachusetts. http://law.umassd.edu And a Bachelors of Science in 1994, from http://www.unomaha.edu/

After Ms. Shapiro graduated law school she worked for the Law offices of Lawrence Dressler. Gaining a substantial amount of experience she realized there is a better way to settle disputes. 

Basing her decision on family values, Ms Shapiro started Shapiro Divorce Mediation. Shapiro Divorce Mediation specializes in divorce settlements, child custody, prenuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements contests of wills, step-family issues and other family law related disputes Ms. Shapiro Studied divorce mediation while attending law school, she realized that divorce mediation is more effective than litigation.  The traditional ways of settling a dispute, has become costly and is no longer effective. 

Shapiro is continually attending continuing education seminars on divorce mediation and legal issues.  Shapiro prides herself on giving back to the community by setting aside time for pro-bono work, for family's who are unable to afford her services she also has a sliding scale. Shapiro now runs a successful practice in the heart of Beverly Hills with office privilege in Santa Monica, Newport Beach, Encino, Pasadena and San Diego.
